Cuplock is the most popular and proven multipurpose scaffold system which can be used for all forms of access and support structure in the building and construction industries, shipbuilding, offshore construction, aviation and industrial maintenance, Cuplock provides major saving in erection and dismantling time thus minimize on site cost.

Cuplock’s unique node point connection allows up to four horizontal members to be connected to a vertical member in one single action without the use of nuts and bolts or wedges. The locking device is formed by two cups, a fixed lower cup which is welded to the vertical component at pre-located intervals and sliding upper cup. The end of horizontal components, which is the forged blade are inserted into the lower cup and the upper cup is pushed down and rotated to secure the components in place and a knock by a hammer is needed for good rigid connection.

Cuplock is extremely versatile and easy. It can be erected for straight, curved and circular configuration for both access and support and also for independent and mobile towers.

Both vertical and horizontal member are manufactured from 48.3mm x 3.2mm high tensile steel to comply to British Standard which is BS1139.
